The property's front door is up a set of steps leading to the second level, which features a spacious living area with a large smart TV, two separate couches, dual ceiling fans, and a grand picture window overlooking the expansive backyard.
The full kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, and dishes. This floor also houses a primary bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The lower level offers an additional generous living space with a large Smart TV, two smaller couches (one has a hid-a-bed), and two bedrooms, each outfitted with ceiling fans and Smart TVs. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

• Only registered guests are allowed on-site, no additional visitors are allowed at the property at any time and for any duration of time.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Names must be privided of all adult guests requesting to be on the reservation as well as valid Government issued identification prior to check-in.
• $200 fine for violating ANY of the house rules.

After the request to book is accepted, a copy of a valid government identification must be sent. The reservation will be canceled if the guest cannot provide proper identification.
All adult guest's full names must be provided.
No outside, unregistered guests allowed.
Pest control comes once per month to spray the house's exterior.
Yard Maintenance comes once a week during the Spring, Summer, and part of Fall.
Trash is picked up once per week. If the guest is staying and it falls on a Sunday afternoon, the two trash cans must be put out in the street, against the curb. If the guest is there on a Monday afternoon, the cans must be brought up from the street and put back on the side of the driveway.
ANY violation of House Rules will be charged an additional $200 and cancelation of the reservation.
